Nutrionist
Thomas Wood
As a nutritionist with a BSc in Exercise Science and Psychology, I bring a comprehensive approach to health and wellness, combining my knowledge of physical performance, mental well-being, and nutrition. With years of experience working under and alongside nutritionists and dietitian, I am dedicated to providing personalised dietary plans that cater to the unique needs of both men and women. My approach emphasises preventative care and long-term wellness, addressing nutritional concerns at every stage of life.
For men, I specialise in optimising health through targeted nutrition, focusing on key areas such as cardiovascular health, weight management, and overall physical performance. I also work with men on specific concerns such as energy levels, vitality, and general well-being. My goal is to help men achieve peak performance and improve longevity by addressing the dietary factors that play a critical role in male health.
With years of experience in helping individuals achieve their health goals, I believe that nutrition is the cornerstone of optimal health.
