Dr Tushar Srivastava

Founder and Director

A person wearing blue medical scrubs, with a stethoscope around their neck, stands in front of a white brick wall.

Dr. Tushar Srivastava is a new kind of healthcare leader—one who combines medical insight, entrepreneurial grit, and systems-level thinking to build the future of care. Clinically trained at the University of Auckland and grounded in the realities of general practice, Dr. Srivastava has dedicated his career to reimagining how men access, engage with, and benefit from modern healthcare.

He is the founder and Medical Director of Selfcare, a fast-growing men’s health platform operating across New Zealand and Australia. Through Selfcare, Dr. Srivastava has created a bold, clinically rigorous, and digitally enabled model of preventative healthcare—placing performance, confidence, and long-term health outcomes at the core of every patient journey. His work is reshaping a category often neglected or oversimplified, bringing nuance, trust, and aspiration back into the conversation around men’s health.

In parallel, Dr. Srivastava is currently completing specialist training with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in Occupational and Aviation Medicine. This pathway deepens his understanding of high-performance environments, safety-critical systems, and the commercial dynamics of health at scale. It’s a unique blend of clinical expertise and business acumen that positions him to lead not just clinical teams, but organisations navigating the complex intersection of health, work, and human optimisation.

With a calm, analytical leadership style and a future-facing lens, Dr. Srivastava is building more than clinics—he is building a new model for care delivery. One where medical excellence meets modern design, and where healthcare finally speaks the language of the people it serves.

He believes the next era of healthcare will be led by doctors who can build, design, and scale—and he’s here to shape that future.
